AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7 FOR THE SOUTHWEST REDEVELOPMENT AREA IN THE CITY OF HOBOKEN.  (DR-302) continued from the April 4, 2007 City Council meeting; awaiting comments and recommendations from the Hoboken Planning Board.
